Standard Processing: The majority of our orders are shipped within 14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This timeframe is applicable for most of our products unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Domestic Shipping: We ship products across West Malaysia using a variety of shipping carriers. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

International Shipping

Availability: We currently do not offer domestic shipping to East Malaysia and international shipping. All purchases made on Artiztee.com must be shipped to addresses within West Malaysia only.

If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist with the carrier’s investigation, but we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier.
