Requirements for Returns
- Condition: Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags(if any) and packaging intact.
- Time Frame: Exchanges for defective items or Artiztee errors must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the item.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer Responsibilities

Verification: Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before finalizing their purchase. Artiztee will not compensate for defects or errors that result from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
